Please allow 24-48 hours to process your order. Generally, most orders will be fulfilled the same day or will ship the following morning. We try and ship as soon as possible so you can receive your new cute stuff! Please note, weekends and holidays are not considered business days and are excluded from processing and shipping times.
We are currently only shipping within the US and are planning to offer international shipping as soon as possible. Orders within the US are a flat $7 and we use priority 2-3 day shipping. Any order within the US over $100 ships for free! Yay!

It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure they input the correct shipping address when placing an order. We are not responsible for orders that are returned or undeliverable due to an incorrect address. If you have put in the wrong address and need to change it, please contact us as soon as possible to change it. We can't guarantee we can change it but will we try our best!
Our shipping includes tracking and delivery confirmation. If your package is lost please contact us. Upon completion of an investigation with the carrier, if your package is confirmed as delivered to the correct mailing address we cannot be held responsible and you will have to contact the carrier directly. Any packages that are lost in transit or sent to the wrong address will be re-sent if the items are still available and if they aren't available you will receive a full refund including the shipping charges.
