How do I return an item?

IF FOR ANY REASON YOU ARE DISSATISFIED WITH YOUR PURCHASE, WE WOULD BE HAPPY TO EXCHANGE OR REFUND YOU FOR THE ITEM(S) WITHIN 14 DAYS OF RECEIVING YOUR MERCHANDISE. ITEMS MUST BE UNWORN AND IN THE SAME CONDITION YOU RECEIVED THEM IN. DUE TO HYGIENE, ALL EARRINGS ARE FINAL SALE. ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE. ONCE WE RECEIVE THE RETURN AND PROCESS IT AS REQUESTED, A CONFIRMATION EMAIL WILL BE SENT TO THE EMAIL ADDRESS ON THE ORDER. PLEASE ALLOW 2-5 BUSINESS DAYS FOR THE RETURN TO BE RECEIVED AND PROCESSED. YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR SHIPPING FEES FOR THE RETURN, WE ADVISE YOU TO GET A TRACKING NUMBER FOR YOUR RETURN!

They may be scratched, missing clasps or stones and may need to be repaired. They are for those crafty individuals who like a project and think they can repair it!
To exchange an item please send your order receipt along with a note of the item you would like to exchange it for, all returns will be sent to this address as well:
