We do not accept returns. Exchanges are allowed and must be made within 14 days of purchase for another item or store credit!
Any damages must be reported within 5 days of your purchase. Items must be unworn, unwashed with tags on and in the exact same condition you purchased it in! All sale items, jewelry, intimates, bodysuits, bralettes, kitchen items and bath products are final sale! Please contact us before making any exchanges;
For Items Purchased Online;
You have a couple options!
1). If your purchase qualifies, you are able to RETURN your items within 14 days of purchase if you aren't happy with them but you will be responsible for the shipping fees to return them back to us.
2). If your purchase qualifies, you are able to return your items for STORE CREDIT within 14 days of purchase if you aren't happy with them and we will cover your shipping costs to return them back to us.
3). If your purchase qualifies, you can exchange for another size or style and can either do so in person in store or on the truck. If you need to ship it back you will be responsible for the shipping charges to return your item and the order must be received before we can send the new order out!
Please note, for either option the items must be unworn, unwashed with tags on and in the exact same condition you purchased it in!

***Purchases made with a gift card or store credit may not be returned for cash. They can be exchanged or returned onto the same gift card or store credit method that it was originally purchased with***

**CANCELLED ORDERS - If for any reason (accidental or not) you need to cancel an order please email us. If the order has not been processed or shipped we will try our best to take care of it for you. A 10% restocking fee will apply regardless of the situation as to why you need to cancel it.
