This skirt is AMAZING! It's simple, so cute and comfy. It is an abstract black and white polka dot print. The back half of the waistband is stretchy and elastic so the fit is a little more forgiving. The entire skirt is pleated so it adds a fun detail to it. It definitely makes you want to spin and it moves beautifully when you walk! The entire skirt is lined so it has a great weight to it so you don't feel like it's going to blow away on you and "Marilyn Monroe" anyone.
