Tessa Dress Mini Floral Blue

Another perfect little transition dress! The fabric is a black and white mini floral print which is fairly abstract so it really doesn’t look like a floral print. This would be a great dress that can be made appropriate for the office or for the weekend! One of those great for every occasion dresses! The waistband is stretchy elastic and has a functioning drawstring so you can adjust it to wherever you need it to sit on you. It can be worn lower on the hips or pulled up so it's a little on the shorter side! The top of the dress can be cute or sexy depending on how you choose to wear it! The front ties can be tied into a bow and kept more modest or they can be left open so it's a little more sexy! There are fun little ruffle details around the sleeve and on part of the skirt! This dress is fully lined!
