Hibiscus Blooms Dress Blue

This dress is the cutest little summer number to add to your closet! Sweet with a touch of sass. It definitely has a little bit of a vintage feel to it! The front bust is a plunging low cut with a decorative bow in the middle and a little peak-a-boo opening in the center of the bust under the bow. The bust line is pleated so it help add some shape to your bust as well! There is an empire seam where the dress is the most fitted to your body and help accentuate your waist and then it flares out to a feminine full circle skirt. The straps are adjustable and the back is an open back but has two piece of fabric that are pulled across the back and tied into another cute bow that help hold the top in place! This dress is fully lined so it has a great weight to it and you don't have to worry about it being see-through!
